Frequently Asked Questions

Are your pedals ready to ship or are they made to order? - Every pedal I list is finished, in its box and ready for its new home. 

Do you do custom work? - I do! I might not say yes to everything or always have the time but Im always happy to chat about what you have in mind. Best place to reach me about this is my instagram.

Do you have some kind of warranty? - All my pedals are tested just before they leave the door and should work fine for a long time with normal use, but if there are any kind of technical faults down the line, just shoot me a message and I'll see what I can do.

Are your pedals true bypass? - Yes all my pedals are true bypass.

Do your pedals take batteries? - No, all my pedals are built without battery clips and take a standard "boss style" center negative 9v adapter. Please don't try to power them with center positive or 18v (unless stated otherwise).

Where do you ship to? - If it's on the globe I'll try my best getting it to you. This store is pretty new so some shipping prices/options may be high until I figure it out. If there are any concerns or you think I can make it cheaper please get in contact and I'll try my best to get it sorted.
